GOALS accomplish VISION. Without a goal, the vision is abstract, and no one knows when it has been accomplished. The phrase every believer a leader is the dynamic that helps us to accomplish the vision of winning souls and forming disciples.

John Maxwell has said, "Leadership is not a position you occupy, but an influence you exert." Our goal is to turn every believer into a person of influence, a leader who is winning people to Christ and is capable of forming them into disciples.

Jesus said, "Look at the fields, they are ripe for the harvest." He was talking about the need of people to experience the salvation of God. Then He said, "Pray for more workers." Our goal is to move people into the harvest field.
